What is the status of my order?
The best way to keep up to date with the status of your order is to visit your account. You can also click the link in your dispatch email, which you will receive as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse
I have received my order and there is a problem – what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with the product delivered. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Please include your order number with all enquiries. If your product is faulty, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents.
Can I get help placing my online order?

Returns & Refund
Can I return or exchange a product?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
